Job Description
Our client’s Statutory Team is seeking a new Statutory Administrator to assist with all administration tasks related to the services to the clients companies.
Role Responsibilities
– Annual Return preparation and filing, all jurisdictions
– Company Formations
– Company Transfers in
– Company Transfers out
– Company Restorations
– Dissolutions and Liquidations
– Company Conversions
– Clearing Charges
– Appointment and resignation of Company Officers together with maintenance of company statutory registers
– Share Transfers together with maintenance of company statutory registers
– Preparation of various statutory documentation requested from time to time
– Beneficial Owner reporting
– ID & V maintenance for Authorised signatories
– LEI registrations new and renewals
– ROE registrations and renewals
– Co-ordinating the payment of all foreign agents’ fees
Skills & Experience Required
– Previous experience within a similar role
– Excellent relationship skills with clients and shareholders
– Have an awareness of current issues affecting fiduciary structures.
– A good understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Group operates.
