Pam has been at the heart of business in the Isle of Man for decades. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 1988, when she founded ICD, a successful haulage and distribution business which she grew before selling it to Trade Distribution, part of Heron & Brearley, in 2007.

With a natural eye for talent, opportunity and potential, Pam went on to bring her experience and commercial expertise to the recruitment sector. Alongside fellow Director Karann, she has helped build EPL into a trusted and established name in workforce solutions across the Isle of Man., while also developing the Extra Personnel Logistics operation in Liverpool.

Pam’s strength lies in understanding people and business — recognising great talent, spotting opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships. Her hands-on approach and commercial instinct have been key to EPL’s continued growth and success.

Emma is an important part of the EPL team, supporting the day-to-day recruitment operation and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for both our clients and candidates.

As our Recruitment Administrator, Emma keeps things moving behind the scenes — from candidate administration and documentation to coordinating recruitment activity and supporting the wider team. Her attention to detail and organised approach help make sure nothing gets missed.

Working in a fast-paced recruitment environment means no two days are the same, and Emma is always ready to jump in, solve problems and support the team wherever needed.

Karann brings over two decades of recruitment experience to every conversation, with a particular focus on temporary and contract recruitment. She knows the market, understands how quickly it can change, and most importantly, knows that great recruitment is about much more than simply filling a role.

It’s about people, relationships and finding the right fit.

From supporting businesses with their recruitment needs to helping candidates take their next career step, Karann takes a personal, honest, and hands-on approach. She prides herself on really getting to know her clients and candidates, understanding what matters to them, and delivering a service that is professional, responsive and refreshingly personal.

Tracey brings over 10 years of experience across banking, financial services, and customer service, giving her a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, communication and delivering a first-class service.

As Payroll Manager, Tracey plays a vital role in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. From payroll and invoicing to driver schedules and recruitment administration, she keeps everything running smoothly across both our Isle of Man and Liverpool operations.

With experience in temporary and contract recruitment, Tracey understands the needs of both clients and candidates and is committed to making the process as efficient and straightforward as possible.

Her attention to detail, organisational skills and approachable nature make her an integral part of the EPL team — ensuring our clients, candidates and workforce receive the support they need, when they need it.

Tracey also brings her creative side to the business, helping manage and develop our social media presence and keeping EPL connected with our community.
