A seasoned entrepreneur, Pam’s involvement initially with the Isle of Man came through her haulage and distribution business ICD which she formed in 1988 and eventually sold to Trade Distribution (a division of Heron and Brearley) in 2007. Pam has the ability to recognise talent and as a result, along with Director Phil Hicks has established EPL as one of the leaders in the provision of staff on the Isle of Man. It is this business acumen that has helped EPL continue to report significant year-on-year growth.

Karann has been involved with recruitment for over 10 years. Tracey has been involved Banking, Financial and Customer Services for over 10 years. With experience of dealing with clients at all levels she performs a variety of roles including the processing of Payroll, Invoicing, daily schedules of Driver Recruitment and our Social Media.

Experience in placing candidates within Temporary & Contract opportunities, she is well equipped to manage the provision of an efficient service to our clients within the Isle of Man and Liverpool Offices.
