Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Client Administrator who will assist in the running of the client services department.

Role Responsibilities:
– Overseeing administration of bank and Investment accounts including account opening and closing
– Administration of bank payments and receipts
– Maintaining a varied portfolio of trust and company entities
– Liaising directly with clients and Intermediaries
– Maintaining a varied portfolio of company and trust clients
– Assisting with the support and development of more junior members of the team
– Overseeing various company and trust administration tasks
– Any other duties that may be required, from time to time, to support the business.

Skills & Experience Required:
– 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
– Part or qualified STEP or equivalent
– At least 4 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio
– Microsoft Office
– CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
– Attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Leadership qualities
– Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
– Requires limited supervision
– Can demonstrate good risk awareness
– Good company and trust knowledge
