Job Description

A position for an experienced Compliance Administrator has arisen within our well established clients office. Reporting to the Group Compliance Manager, the Compliance Administrator will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the compliance function within the Group of companies.

Role Responsibilities:
– Monitoring of client entities to prevent misuse for ML/TF purposes
– Carrying out risk assessments, conducting CDD checks, PEP and sanction screening
– Providing guidance on complex matters and assisting with the analysis of legal and regulatory changes affecting the business operations of the group.

Skills & Experience Required:
– Previous experience in the TCSP industry is essential along with a good working knowledge of company and trust structures.
– Able to make decisions and use initiative within the scope of regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
– Prioritise work load to meet deadlines and develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
– Experience with FATCA and CRS would be an advantage.
