Job Description

Working as part of a 24/7 rotation, the role in the Service Operations Centre is to ensure the effective Service Assurance of the Networks and systems by proactively monitoring the entire network and infrastructure, both locally and off-Island.

In addition, you will be supporting several key areas around the business including Customer Technology Services, Business Services and Network Services, among others.

Skills & Experience Required

– Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent – Grade A – B, must include English.
– MIM Qualification or similar recognised industry standard for Incident Management2 or more years working in a similar environment. Experience of ITIL Incident & Change Management.
– Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
– A full clean driving licence to enable site-to-site movement
– Takes ownership and responsibility for what they do. Where they see improvements, they act. A can-do and proactive approach to work.
– A team player is essential for this role together with a flexible approach to working shifts.
– Able to understand and work to service levels as expected.
