Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator on a temporary, part time basis for around 10 months. In this role you will assist with projects involving Learning Paths and Succession planning.
Role Responsilbities
– LNA – collate feedback from focus groups, discussions, surveys of key topics and present findings.
– Develop a proposal for CPD annual calendar.
– Source suppliers on suggested topics for CPD Days and team requests.
– Create and organise a plan for CPD Days.
– Liaise with suppliers and facilitators for CPD events.
– Plan and co-ordinate the leadership and management programmes.
– Meet with managers to understand their CPD needs and make suggestions.
– Meet with CPD Group on a quarterly/termly basis
– Approving invoices and making payments for CPD and travel and accommodation related to CPD
– Review the feedback from in-house course delivery,
– Collate reports on survey feedback, attendance etc.
– Additional CPD duties and projects as per required.
Skills & Experience Required
– An excellent administrator, MS Profient
– Ideally have experience within HR administration but not essential
– Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
– Be well organized and ability to multi task.
Hours
This role is for 14 hours per week, ideally over two days working 9am to 5pm and will start in September 2024
