Job Description
Our client who is a global specialist in trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services are seeking a new Statutory or Senior Statutory Officer to join their client services team.
Role Responsibilities
You will provide corporate services and support to the Client Directors and their teams.
Work within these teams and take direct responsibility for Statutory Operational tasks for the client companies across numerous jurisdictions
Ensure that all Regulatory filings, reporting and fees are completed on time in order that the Companies, remain in good standing supporting and providing guidance on all statutory operational matters.
Ensure they deliver on regulatory and client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. Lead, embrace change, control and mitigate risk across your span of control.
Promote the company and the business objectives, whilst driving morale by providing support and guidance (technical and otherwise) to colleagues in the Client teams and the wider business.
Skills & Experience Required
– Must have proven experience within the fiduciary field
– Hold understanding of Statutory Operational tasks and be expected to have an awareness of current issues affecting fiduciary structures.
– Demonstrate excellent technical competence and an ability to impart that knowledge to others effectively.
– Expected to have a good understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Group operates.
