Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Client Administrator to join their Client Services team as a Senior.
Role Responsibilities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and complete the relevant administration;
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all communication between all parties. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings;
– Work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives;
– Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company’s products or services;
– Responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff;
– Support the administration team.
Skills & Experience Required
– Part or qualified STEP or equivalent
– 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
– At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio;
– Experience as a team lead or supervisor would be beneficial but not essential
– CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential.
