Job Description
As an Administrator in the Client Services team you will be a vital part, supporting the Senior Administrators with all aspects of administration for Clients trusts, companies and other wealth structures.
Role Responsibilities
– Deliver high quality service to all clients, intermediaries and stakeholders
– Interact directly with their clients as required and be responsible for client communication
– Support by identifying client needs and delivering upon potential growth
– Deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
Skills & Experience Required
– Hold a minimum of 1 years experience within CSP / TCSP sector
– Hold excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
– Be flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures
– Good prioritisation and time management skills.
– Self-motivated and focussed on exceeding targets and goals and be supportive
– Be an excellent team player
– Desirable – Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
