Job Description

As a Senior Administrator within the main Administration team you will manage and service a portfolio of Companies & Trusts for the group. For this role specific CSP / TCSP experience is not required as full training can be provided.

Role Responsibilities

– Act as the relationship manager for your own portfolio.

– Manage the needs and expectations of your clients, prioritising tasks that are considered urgent.

– Undertake all administration and credit control functions for your portfolio.

– Provide assistance to the other administrators and cover for them when they are out of the office.

– Maintain accurate time sheets to reflect the work undertaken.

– Collaborate with, and provide technical support to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as and when required.

– Proactively keep up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes.

– Bring to the attention of Directors any issues of concern to ensure they are reported in a timely manner.

– Assist with projects.

Skills & Experience Required

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience within an Administration position in the Finance sector

– Self-driven, results-oriented and reliable, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality service.

– Disciplined in task completion with the ability to resolve issues with minimum supervision

– Well-developed inter-personal skills, with an ability to motivate other administrators and interact with senior management.
