An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Office Manager to join a local Estate Agency and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.
The role will involve overseeing office administration, supporting the sales and lettings team, ensuring compliance and correct procedures are followed, managing client communications, and maintaining high professional standards throughout the office. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring workflows run efficiently and deadlines are met.
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and well-presented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. Previous experience within an estate agency environment is preferred, along with a good understanding of sales progression, compliance, and general office management.
