Role Responsilbities
– Performing all stages of the primary conversion of cattle, sheep and pigs.
– Breaking down for further processing
– Readying wholesale and retail processing

– Ability to learn, manage and safely operate machinery
– Highly organized and driven, an effective time manager
– Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
– Thinking and reasoning skills
