INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATOR – 9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Job Description

We currently have a 9-month fixed term contract available within our Investment Management Department for an Investment Administrator. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the ongoing administration of externally managed customer portfolios.

Reporting to the 3rd Party Team Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:

• Account opening and closures, ensuring that all relevant account opening documents and agreements are completed.
• Processing all cash transfers between third parties and the company in line with customer requests.
• Identification, investigation and resolution of third party and customer queries
• Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Supporting other team members.

To ensure this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an investment-related or similar role, with an active interest in investments
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
• Ability to organise and work to strict deadlines
• Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
• Team Player
• Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data
