Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a new HR Manager who will ensure health, safety and wellbeing is a priority, whilst leading the HR team to complete the day to day tasks and looking after employee welfare.
Role Responsibilities
– Work closely with the executive management team to ensure appropriate resources are in place for the delivery of services to customers
– Responsible for the HR strategy, including securing Board approval and strategy deliver
– Responsible for line management of the Assistant HR Manager and Training Engineer
– Provide oversight of the delivery of the monthly payroll and for ensuring payroll processes are appropriate
Skills & Experience Required
– Chartered CIPD qualified
– Experience of, and compliance with, IOM, UK and European employment law
– Qualified to at least Degree level
– Experience of dispute resolution, including mediation, conciliation and arbitration
– Experience of mentoring, coaching and counselling within a diverse organisation
– Leadership and management across a wide spectrum of strategic responsibilities
– Ability to communicate/present effectively regardless of audience
