Job Description
As the Dealing & Settlements technician you will assist with all projects & activities across the Dealing & Settlements Teams. The strategy is to ensure efficient running of the team whilst maintaining SLA’s and incorporating the risk framework across all areas ensuring these meet the Company’s required standards.
As a technician you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day work whilst ensuring the team are equipped to deliver the needs of the business. This includes continuous improvements to systems and processes whilst maintaining service excellence. You will have the ability to work well with a variety of individuals including ExCo, all Client Service Managers and the wider team.
Skills & Experience Required
– Experience in a similar financial role is crucial
– Keen interest and understanding of various operational systems and updates.
– Proven record of service delivery and continual improvement of processes.
– Be customer focused and a problem solver
– Be a role model for our corporate values.
– Experience collaborating, coaching, and developing team members through system changes or upgrades.
– Strategic and inventive mind set. Able to build a team vision and deliver to it.
