Operations & Commercial Manager – Logistics
We’re seeking an experienced manager to lead the link between Operations, Finance, HR, and external partners, ensuring our freight business runs efficiently, profitably, and compliantly. You’ll oversee billing, claims, pricing, and trailer profitability, while driving system improvements and process excellence.
You’ll manage operational and administrative teams, provide HR leadership, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with audits and regulations. You’ll also own customer onboarding, sales implementation, and operational troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in freight, logistics, or transport
Strong knowledge of commercial, billing, and claims processes
Proficient with freight management systems (e.g., MultiFreight)
Experience leading teams and managing HR processes
Analytical, organised, and collaborative
UK travel may be required.
