Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic role in financial services? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our clients Agency & Commissions Team on a 12-month contract.

Role Responsibilities

– Reviewing and processing new Terms of Business application forms

– Handling Annual Conduct of Business reviews

– Managing novation requests

– Setting up new agencies across our systems

– Processing agency changes, including director/shareholder updates, company name changes, and terminations

Skills & Experience Required

– Knowledge of the Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008 and Customer Due Diligence requirements under the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority AML/CFT guidance

– At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, specifically in AML reviews and corporate document assessments

– Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal)

– A keen eye for accuracy and quality

– The ability to work independently within set objectives

– An AML qualification (highly desirable but not essential)
