Job Description
We are looking for an experienced estate agent to join a well-established and growing agency in the Isle of Man. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to work within a supportive team.
The role:
Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
Manage sales from instruction through to completion
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver a high standard of service throughout the sales process
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1–3 years’ estate agency experience
Proven track record in residential sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Local market knowledge
