Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Business case definition
• Business requirements and user story elicitation and documentation
• Documentation of as-is and to-be process flows
• Data analysis
• Gap analyses
• Business analysis support for software development, testing, data migration and upgrades
• Collaboration with project managers, IT teams, 3rd parties

Skills & Experience Required:

• Varied experience in the life assurance industry – minimum 4 years.
• Proven experience of delivering business improvements and efficiencies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills – problem solving, value identification, critical thinking and decision support.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels within the company.
• Good facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills.
• Hold or studying towards a related professional qualification eg. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, DevOps, Visio, API integrations
