Job Description

Role Description:
As a Company Administrator, you will have responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of companies, including yachting and aviation companies. Tasks will include preparing documentation for signature; preparing minutes; directly corresponding and liaising with clients and intermediaries; dealing directly with directors and senior management; performing annual file reviews; discharging ad hoc projects; updating client database; adhering to service standards on turnaround times and accuracy; preparing and checking payments; assisting with large scale purchase and sale completions; managing and safekeeping other company assets.

Skills & Experience Required:
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Ability to work to tight deadlines
– Good knowledge of offshore trust and corporate structures and current offshore environment
– 3-4 years’ experience in the industry, which will ideally include some experience with yachting and aviation
– Good attention to detail
– Good analytical skills
– Good planning, problem solving & organisation skills
– An interest and commitment to on-going professional development and training/ already working towards STEP/CG accreditation
