Role Description:
The Quality Assurance team; software testing services to both projects and BAU. Ensuring new and amended systems, configurations, packages, or services, together with any interfaces, perform as specified (including security requirements), and that the quality risks associated with deployment are adequately understood and covered.
The Test Lead is an experienced tester who can manage testing projects and has direct reports.
Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a software testing role.
– Previous experience leading testing & managing resources
– Understanding of XML & schemas (XSDs)
– Educated to a bachelor degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification
– SQL Skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
– Excellent eye for detail
