Role Description:
A six month opportunity has arisen to join our clients Solutions and Delivery Team. This role is needed to ensure the successful end to end delivery of their Regulatory Projects within their Project Framework, working with all areas of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Analysts, Project Coordinators and Scrum Masters, and other members from across the business.

Role Responsibilities:
– Work with the Project Team to fulfil the administration requirements of the project lifecycle
– Arrange & prepare agendas for various project meetings
– Attend various project meetings and maintaining accurate notes
– Recording and monitoring actions agreed in key meetings
– Working with key stakeholders to ensure actions are completed to deadlines
– ​Communications with project team members, business customers and 3rd Party Development Resource
– ​Progress reporting (including the preparation of FSA progress updates)
– ​Deliver small short term/one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards set by the Project Team.
– Project initiation/closure
– ​Continue to evolve and improve the programme and project management process for ensuring successful delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:
– Experience of working in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
– Experience of working in a project management team would be beneficial
– An appropriate Project Management qualification (i.e. Prince 2, Agile) would be preferred
– Ideally, you will have experience working within a Financial Services environment
– Be a good team player who can take responsibility for their own work
– A desire to learn and develop
– Experience of working with a Technology/IT function
– ​Experience of Outlook, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel or similar would be helpful
– The ability to learn new systems quickly would be valuable
– Excellent communication skills are vital, including the ability to build and maintain a positive working relationships
