Job Description

As the Statutory & Compliance Administrator you will provide administrative support and assist the smooth running of the department. Full training will be provided which makes this an excellent opportunity for a School leaver looking to begin their working career.

Role Responsibilities

– Maintenance of regulatory registers

– Maintenance of client statutory records

– Preparation of documents for filing with Companies Registry

– Incorporation and dissolution of companies

– Assisting with assessing due diligence requirements for new clients

– Transaction screening

– Sanctions screening

– PEP screening

– Assisting with on-going monitoring of client entities

– Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time

Skills & Experience Required

– 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English

– Good working knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook

– Be able to work to strict deadlines

– Be able to work under pressure

– Working as part of a team

– Have good organisational skills

– Effective written and verbal communication skills

– Able to prioritise tasks in order of importance
