Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Statutory & Compliance Administrator to support and assist with the smooth running of the department.

Role Responsibilities

– Assisting with assessing due diligence requirements for new clients

– Assisting with on-going monitoring of client entities

– Preparing and reviewing customer risk assessments

– Sanctions screening

– PEP Screening

– Transaction screening

– Data collection for regulatory reporting

– Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews

– Maintenance of regulatory registers

– Assisting with reviews of internal manuals, policies and procedures

– Incorporation and dissolution of companies

– Maintenance of client statutory records

– Preparation of documents for filing with Companies Registry

– Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time

Skills & Experience Required

– Ideally at least 3 years’ experience in a compliance and statutory role.

– Basic knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive information

– Good working knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook

– Ideally working towards or holds a relevant compliance qualification

– Good working knowledge of the Rule Book & AML/CFT Code

– Good knowledge of AML/CFT requirements

– Be able to work to strict deadlines

– Be able to work under pressure

– Working as part of a team

– Have good organisational skills

– Effective written and verbal communication skills

– Able to prioritise tasks in order of importance
