Job Description

Role Description:
The role is to take responsibility for Settlement functions of the Company and maintain appropriate recording and controls in place around these functions. To maintain client relationships where applicable for private clients, Fund Managers, and Institutions.

​Role Responsibilities:
– Follow up on contract notes with respective Fund Managers making sure outstanding items are kept to a minimum
– Contribute to the creation and maintenance of service procedures, policies, and standards of service
– Produce reports to assist internal and external clients
– Working closely with internal and external clients, ensuring the highest standards of client services are maintained
– Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies, including the accurate collection & completion of required documentation
– Abide by the Company’s AML procedures and guidelines
– Contribute to internal and external audits as required

​Skills & Experience Required:
– Experience in a Settlements department
– Experience in servicing customers
– Ability to think strategically
– Strong communications skills
– A key eye for detail and high level of accuracy
– Ability to plan and manage own work to meet deadlines
– Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
