Job Description

The successful applicant will be managing a portfolio of their corporate, trust & foundation clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service, as well as leading a team of experienced administrators.

Role Responsibilities:
– Assist Head of Fiduciary in supervision of Corporate Administrators and to train, develop and mentor Junior Administrators within the team
– Administering Companies, Trusts and Foundations established in a variety of jurisdictions to a high standard of service (including involvement in the acquisition and disposal of assets / liabilities such as residential and commercial property, private yachts, private and public shares and other commercial ventures)
– To be the main point of contact for corporate, trust & foundation clients and to deal with their specific enquiries
– Ensuring the database is updated accurately with information held for personal and corporate/foundation data for each entity.
– Preparing and filing statutory documents dealing with amendments to company and foundation particulars and recording amendments to relevant databases
– Providing high quality customer service to your portfolio of clients
– Ensuring the book-keeping ledgers for corporate, trust & foundation clients are maintained within internal procedure stipulations
– Despatching fee invoices to corporate & foundation clients and monitor debtors

Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum of 5 years experience working as a corporate & trust administrator
– Experience of managing HNW client portfolio, ideally with experience in property
– Willing to be appointed as key staff, bank signatory & client directorships.
– Excellent organisation and time management skills
– Positive, flexible and pro-active
– Calm and customer service-centric approach to work
– 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above (including maths and english)
– Offshore Certificate in Corporate Administration or similar
– Qualified, part qualified or willing to work towards a professional qualification such as ICSA/Chartered Governance Professional or STEP
