Job Description
Our client has a new opening for an experienced Senior Client Administrator to join their busy Customer centric team.
Role Responsibilities
– You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and completing the relevant administration
– You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all communication between all parties. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings
– You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives
– You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company’s products or services
– You may be responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff
Skills & Experience Required
– 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
– Part or qualified STEP or equivalent
– At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio
– Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
– Working knowledge of CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
