Job Description

Our client, who is a well established fiduciary company based in Douglas is currently seeking a new Senior Client Administrator, to join and assist the team.

Role Responsibilities

– You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and completing the relevant administration

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all communication between all parties. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings

– Work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives

– You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company’s products or services

– You may be responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff

– Support the administration team

Skills & Experience Required

– At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio

– 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above

– Part or qualified STEP or equivalent

– Proficient in Microsoft Office

– CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
