Job Description

Our client is seeking a Receptionist on a permanent basis to run their front desk offering exceptional service. The main duties for this role are ensuring all visitors to the building are welcomed and directed appropriately. Coordination of all relevant administrative tasks, including support for the HR department and Board of Directors as required.

Role Responsibilities:
– Greeting clients and visitors
– Operating the switchboard, answering all incoming telephone calls and taking messages
– Taking delivery of incoming post and distributing to relevant companies
– Sending outgoing mail and couriers
– Manage the onsite apartment bookings and other related tasks
– Manage stationary orders
– Arrange and distribute milk and weekly fruit deliveries
– Monitor swimming pool CCTV
– Manage building maintenance logs
– Responsible for opening the office and taking care of end of day procedures
– Assisting the HR department with relevant tasks

Skills & Experience Required:
– Experience in the role is preferred but not essential
– Excellent communicator who can work with a wide range of stakeholders at all role levels
– Excellent organisational skills
– A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
– 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths
– Positive outlook and highly personable, with a desire to provide exceptional service
