Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
– Compassionately greet clients and visitors
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person
– Boardroom co-ordinator
– Opening of the office
– Daily security checks when closing the office
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
– Organising appointments
– Co-ordinate with external suppliers regarding property maintenance
– Maintenance of kitchen and communal areas
– Stationery ordering
– Scanning, indexing and filing
– Archiving
– Organising Post and couriers

Skills & Experience Required:
– Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard
– At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
– Good knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
– Knowledge of Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential
