Our client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their busy office on a permanent basis.
Role Responsibilities:
– Answering telephones
– Greeting clients
– Ordering stationery/office supplies
– Logging incoming/outgoing post
– Dealing with incoming/outgoing couriers
– Filing
– Organising office visits for maintenance etc.
Skills & Experience Required:
– Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
– Ability to build rapport with people accross all levels
– Have a friendly and personably nature
– Have previous experience in a similar position
