Job Description

As Project Support Manager you will provide guidance and management to a newly established and dedicated Project Support Team. The team will work collaboratively with our colleagues across the business to ensure our client records meet all relevant internal and international regulatory policy and procedural requirements. This position is for a 12 month contract.

Role Responsibilities:
– Project planning/roadmaps
– Resource planning
– Progress tracking
– Working with key stakeholders to ensure actions are completed to deadlines
– Communications with project team members, business customers and 3rd party resources as required
– Progress reporting (including the preparation of FSA progress updates as appropriate)
​The initial project focus will be to review our back book of client records to ensure regulatory adherence to AML CFT legislation and ensure we can provide quality services to our clients and introducers with the implementation of a new iDCRM platform. Specific focus will be given to:
– Periodic risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Undertake and document an effective customer risk assessment in line with the appropriate risk rating of the account
– Collection and assessment of CDD / EDD in line with regulatory policy requirements
– With the implementation of our new iDCRM system, review and update where necessary our client and introducer records to ensure their roles and relationships are accurately reflected on the system
– Liaising and responding to clients and introducers within the scope of project requirements
– You will be required to conform to the Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times

Skills & Experience Required:
– A formal AML qualification is desirable for this level of role
– Experience working within a Financial Services environment
– Team player who can take responsibility for their own work and that of their team
– Experience of working in a project management team/ project disciplines would be beneficial
– Experience of Outlook, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel or similar would be helpful
– The ability to learn new systems quickly
– Excellent communication skills are vital, including the ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple functions and at all levels of the business
– Experience of people and project management would be an advantage
– Strong client communication skills (verbal and written)
– Be understanding of the importance of responding promptly to customer queries and providing timely feedback
– Promote trust in the workplace through open and honest communication with colleagues
– Be able to effectively prioritise workloads based on customer and regulatory requirements
– Think outside the box’ to find a solution when a problem has been identified
– Inspire and motivate co-workers by maintaining a positive attitude
– Remain task focused to end result
– Be detail orientated, with a high degree of accuracy
– Strong IT skills are desired in all Microsoft applications
– Strong organisational and time management skills
