Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Product Support Technician who will work within the Product team in the promotion and maintenance of current/historic products for the group of companies. This is a varied role that would suit a candidate with an inquisitive mind looking to develop a greater understanding of international life assurance.

Role Responsibilities:
– Maintenance of existing product literature ensuring that all documents such as application forms and terms and conditions continue to meet regulatory obligations
– Preparation of promotional materials such as sales aids, brochures and presentations that are clear, not misleading and can be easily understood by the intended audience
– Creation and maintenance of servicing forms, working with stakeholders throughout the group to deliver both electronic and hard copy documents whilst maintaining consistent “on-brand” approach
– The creation and maintenance of product training materials and web-based content
– Creation of key product messages promoted via various social media platforms
– Analysis of key competitor product offerings
– Answering pre and post sales technical product related queries for internal and external stakeholders
– Production of annual product reviews to meet the groups regulatory obligations

Skills & Experience Required:
– Have experience in the life assurance industry
– Be proficient in Microsoft Office
– Be able to work independently, prioritise changing workflows and take ownership of their work
– Possess strong organisational and planning skills
– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Be a confident and dedicated self-starter with a pro-active approach to work loads
