Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
– Sending the respective application packs to new merchants, affiliates, sponsors, and suppliers. Supporting them as they complete.
– Relaying the completed packs to Compliance and liaising with Compliance regarding requirements
– Preparing and sending the necessary agreement/s to the new merchant and arranging countersignature
– Relaying the account credentials and necessary documents to the merchant on completion of the onboarding process
– Updating internal records and systems, including board resolution documents
Account Management:
– Manual card ordering for consultant users and corporate cardholders
– Resolving/escalating user queries raised by the merchant
– Resolving/escalating merchant queries
– Preparing account statements and audit letters
– Dealing with ad-hoc merchant requests and needs
– Liaising with Compliance regarding company updates and changes
– Month-end stats and reporting
– Calculating merchant introducer commission

Skills & Experience Required:
– Previous experience in onboarding administration and account management
– Excellent communication Skills
– Excellent Customer Service Skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Ability to time manage effectively
