Role Responsibilities:
– Development and delivery of marketing strategies with a focus on digital delivery
– Monitoring and maximising return on investment across all marketing activities
– Creating and monitoring controls to ensure accuracy across all platforms
– Market research and competitor analysis
– Directing and overseeing all digital and general marketing activities, incorporating but not limited to: Content creation and monitoring, SEO, including strategy, competitor analysis, keyword research, link building, campaigns including display advertising, PPC and emails, social platform management and optimisation, affiliate marketing strategies, delivery and reporting and maximising digital marketing activities
– Interrogating results data and preparing reports for management and key stakeholders
– Campaign management, delivering measurable, tactical, and targeted communications internationally and in multiple languages
– Development of the marketing team, including optimising existing skills and nurturing new skills
– Full familiarisation with Moni Talks’s products, services, brands and mission statement, as well as customer requirements and competitor activity
– Constant monitoring and response to marketing trends in the cryptocurrency space
– Ongoing learning within both cryptocurrency and marketing

Skills & Experience Required:
– Established experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines with a specialist focus on digital techniques
– Proven track record of developing and delivering digital marketing strategies and results
– Developed knowledge of methods including affiliate marketing, PPC, display advertising and SEO,
– Ability to lead and inspire a team
– Confidence reporting to key stakeholders and management
– Excellent communication skills
– Exceptional research skills and a strong eye for detail
– Ability to quickly develop a brief, give informed instructions and expect results on time, every time
– An interest in cryptocurrency, fintech and blockchain
– Work to tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently manage workflow for yourself and your team
