Role Description:
The role holder will play a key role in the delivery of product and literature strategy; as identified by the Group Head of Propositions and in alignment with group business plans.
To lead and drive a team of literature specialists in the aim of achieving objectives set by the line manager, Group Head of Literature and/or Group Head of Propositions.
To take responsibility for and lead tasks and initiatives with respect to literature asset maintenance, amendment and quality assurance for all Literature assets and products held on the literature management system in accordance with specified business requirements and the direction of line management and the Group Head of Literature.
To assist the Group Literature team in relation to the implementation of a literature management system and the standardisation and maintenance of product literature.
Coordinate and oversee effective data exchange with relevant third party intermediaries and other entities.
To ensure that literature maintenance and enhancement occurs in accordance with internal policies and Governance; including robust review and approval, and subject to effective quality assurance and storage within the literature management system.
To communicate and liaise with relevant staff for product development and literature management, including the evaluation of ideas and suitability of recommendations.

Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services or Law.
– 2 years Management experience
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Experience of working in a technical writing/insurance/legal support/financial services company.
– Detailed Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
