Job Description

Role Description:
This role will require you to support the administration team in providing services to a diverse range of clients, particularly those who have yachting and aviation structures.

Role Responsibilities:
– Assist with the preparation of board minutes for client transactions and arranging for documentation to be signed
– Assist with the annual administration reviews of client files
– Assist with the on-boarding of new client files by setting up the client information on the internal data systems and in the physical files
– Provide cover for the payments coordinator when required in terms of inputting payments on various banking systems and completing the internal paperwork and checks for payments to be made
– Assist in dealing with the social media profile
– Assisting with the scanning and filing of documentation
– Assist, as and when required, in relation to systems and process development

Skills & Experience Required:
– Previous office experience would be an advantage but training provided
– Minimum of 5 GCSE’s – C above
– Excellent communication skills
– Proactive
– Experience with Microsoft office
