Job Description

Due to continued growth our client is seeking and experienced Corporate & Trust Administrator to handle the administration and management of a varied portfolio of corporate and trust structures. You will be expected to liaise with clients and their advisors as required and will be responsible for undertaking general company and client administration for the efficient and effective management of those client structures.

Role Responsibilities
– Assisting in the management of a portfolio of Trusts and Companies

– Upkeep of corporate records for all companies and trusts

– Preparation of minutes and resolutions and other statutory documents

– Regular corporate updates to various business stakeholders

– Company secretarial / corporate governance related projects

– Assisting with payments (typically using online banking)

– Assisting the Trust Manager with additional tasks as and when required

– Following up and completion of outstanding items identified from admin reviews of trust and company records

– Meet & greet visitors to office such as clients, advisors or third parties and at time participation in meetings

– Answering the telephone and being the initial point of contact for telephone enquiries

Skills & Experience Required
– a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the CSP/TSP industry

– in-depth knowledge of companies and their statutory requirements

– all-round knowledge of appropriate legislation, regulation and industry best practice

– a good understanding of AML and CFT legislation and requirements

– strong organisational and time management skills

– Able to communicate effectively with clients and staff, have excellent customer service and people skills and diligent attention to detail

– Experience in the administration of ownership structures for yachts, aircraft and property

– Knowledge of trusts and other jurisdictions would be beneficial.
