Job Description

Role Description:
The role holder will be part of the Compliance Team who are responsible for providing regulatory compliance assistance, advice and support to all parts of the Group, which includes a Trust and Corporate Service Provider, Pension, Accountancy, Audit, Advisory and Payroll companies.

Role Responsibilities:
– Reviewing new business, client due diligence and periodic client reviews received from the administration teams to ensure they meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
– Providing risk based due diligence, new client and periodic client review advice and support
– Reviewing and matching potential screening hits that have been referred to the Compliance Team
– Ensuring jurisdictional lists are kept up to date
– Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up-to-date with recent developments and changes to legislation
– Supporting the development, delivery and reporting of the compliance monitoring programme

Skills & Experience Required:
– 2+ years in a Compliance Role
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent interaction & communication skills
– Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
– Able to work on own initiative
– Able to prioritise work
– Excellent organisational skills
– Discretion
