Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
– Completion of on-boarding for clients
– Collation of proof of identity and address documents along with right to work where necessary.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with client.
– Ensure Due Diligence is periodically reviewed and ensure certified documents are received when required.
– Contact clients monthly by telephone, maintain and update all client files in a timely manner.
– Ensure calls are always answered promptly and professionally.
– To assist with any ad-hoc projects that may be in the process of being carried out.
– Proactively manage and service your client book whilst ensuring organic growth a good attrition numbers.

Skills & Experience Required:
– A professional and committed approach to work.
– Strong attention detail.
– Excellent organisational and communication skills.
– The ability to work under pressure and maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
– Good team player.
– Self-motivated.
– Ability to think outside of “the box”
– Previous contractor market experience desirable.
