Job Description

Our Client’s Client Services team work collaboratively with colleagues in all areas of the business to ensure processes meet all relevant internal and regulatory policy and procedural requirements, whilst providing a frictionless and efficient service to our clients and intermediaries.

Role Responsibilities:
– Provide Customer Service Excellence to all clients, companies and third parties
– Comply with all procedures and necessary controls to ensure an efficient provision of customer service
– You will be required to work on a variety of projects that deliver service and create capacity
– You will require a basic understanding of the companies product offering
– You will be required to conform to the Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times
– You may, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature within your capabilities in other teams, as requested by your line manager

​Skills & Experience Required:
– 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including English and Math’s
– Be detail orientated, with a high degree of accuracy
– Good IT skills are required in all Microsoft applications
– Strong organisational and time management skills
– Good client communication skills (verbal and written) in relation to routine matters
– Be understanding of the importance of responding promptly to customer queries and providing timely feedback
– Promote trust in the workplace through open and honest communication with colleagues

***This role is for a period of 12 months***
