Role Description:
An opportunity has arisen to join our Banking & Client Services Team where you will work with the Senior Manager’s as part of the core banking framework for our clients to transact their business. This role involves adhering to robust processes and procedures in relation to the Bank and the wider existing business financial crime prevention processes and controls.

​Role Responsibilities:
– Work closely with colleagues to design and support the implementation of the new process required for all annual Client Reviews of the Bank.
– Support the development of the overarching policies and procedures, drawing on your knowledge and experience to answer queries and support your colleagues.
– Ensure a structured workflow to enable accurate management of all information required.
– Complete high-quality reviews for all clients that will satisfy regulatory requirements – know your customer.

Skills & Experience Required:
– Minimum three years’ experience working in a banking environment.
– Experience of onboarding CDD requirements is essential, and should include Corporate, Trust and complex structures.
– Experience of Trigger Event and or Ongoing Monitoring CDD and Transactional Monitoring reviews.
– A working knowledge of the risks associated with digital banking and the fraud related risks associated.
– Previous experience in risk, compliance or an audit background, with experience in risk identification and mitigation.
– Excellent analytical skills, time management and planning skills.
– A self starter mindset, with the ability to get things done.
