Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description

As a BI Developer you will be developing, maintaining, and improving BI and Reporting solutions. You will need to demonstrate proven experience as a Power BI / SSRS developer and be a skilled dashboard and report writer. Strong SQL skills and database experience, the ability to build ETL using T-SQL and SSIS, experience of query tuning and optimisation, and familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts are also important to the role.

Skills & Experience Required
– Proven experience as a MI or BI developer – particularly Power BI

– Good understanding of SQL Server and SSIS/SSAS/SSRS

– Proficient with SQL Query creation and tuning

– Awareness of data warehouse design and ETL

– Track record of stakeholder management and delivery as part of a team

– Degree Level or equivalent industry experience

– At least two years in a similar role. Industry experience is less critical than a willingness to learn and ability to form part of a cohesive and productive team
