Our client has an excellent opporunity for a Banking Supervisor to be a vital part of the Client Services department. In this role you will manaage a team to ensure the banking administration is carried out corrently, within SLA’s and monitoring control and trigger events.
Role Responsibilities
– Supervising the banking team which is responsible for; Preparing client payments. Maintenance of electronic banking platforms including system administration. Liaison with banks in respect of mandate changes and trigger events. Assisting with bank account opening. Participate fully in ad hoc projects/committees as required.
– To provide accurate time recording to ensure the correct fee income is derived
– Provide supervision and guidance to other team members
– Arrange appropriate reporting and management information to support the business needs.
– Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer efficiency specifically in respect of payment processing and account opening.
Skills & Experience Required
– Minimum 5 years banking knowledge
– Experienced in Financial Services including Funds, Trust and Company administration functions.
– History of high-quality delivery of client service
– Regulatory Knowledge and Awareness of: FSA Anti Money Laundering Requirements & Proceeds of Crime Procedures, Data Protection
– Staff supervision experience
– Good organization and control of own workflow
