Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator / Bookkeeper to undertake to following duties.

Role Responsibilities:
– Entering ledger information into business logs for clients
– Preparing and filing documents for clients
– Researching information for clients
– Preparing proposals for existing clients under guidance of senior team members
– Visiting and communicating with current and prospective customers

Skills & Experience Required:
– Excellent communication and networking skills
– High school diploma
– Book-keeping skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
