Our client is seeking an Account Executive who can provide first class customer service to its clients. The company is growing within the international crypto currency and banking sectors and would like team members who would like to grow and evolve within the company.
– Ticket based retail customer support through our help desk – Assist retail customers with account queries, technical issues and problems and escalations where necessary.
– Customer facing video call identity verification and due diligence – Help us verify that Identity documents have been provided with full knowledge of the rightful owner.
– Corporate facing customer support – Assist corporate clients with queries and account issues
– Merchant facing support – Support our network of physical merchants in real time, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
As it is a global company the department is covered 24/7, so there is 3 different shift patterns:
Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 with one hour break
Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 23:00 with one hour break
Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00 with one hour break
Each shift is worked 3 weeks on (21 days). In each 3 weeks you are entitled to have 3 days off so only work 18 days and the shift is called a cycle. After you complete a cycle (3 weeks) you get all the remaining days off for that month in one go. So you would work 3 weeks (with 3 days off in between) and then get 5-6 days off (rest days) to recover from the shift pattern before starting a new shift pattern.

– Ability to prioritise work loads
– No previous knowledge of crypto currency required as full training will be provided
