Job Description

Due to transformation and growth of the business our client is seeking an Administrator to work within the Customer Services function, providing excellent Customer Service and assistance to all customers across the IOM and Ireland.

Role Responsibilities:

– Assist customers via phone and email and handle their queries
– Ensure Customer Service is delivered to a high standard at all times
– Resolve all queries where possible and ensure they are handed to the correct department when necessary
– Proactively identify enhancements to processes and contribute towards their implementation
– Identify, understand and collate customer needs, requirements and feedback
– Build working relationships by co-operating with and supporting colleagues

Skills & Experience Required:
– Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above
– Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive approach to their working performance
– Be open and able to adapt to change
– Articulate and possess excellent communication skills
– Strong team player who is able to work with limited supervision
– Confident self- starter
– Takes a logical and organised approach to problem solving
– Has the desire to develop a career within a customer centric environment.
– Has a strong attention to detail and enjoys delivering quality outcomes
